DESCRIPTION:Join MDRU for a 2-day course on Jan 25 and 26\, 2024. \nMake s

  quality lithogeochemical data\, often with 40-60 chemical elements with e
 xcellent detection limits is now ubiquitous across the mineral exploration

 e to your project?\n\nIn this course\, we will introduce participants to b
 asics of lithogeochemical digestion and analytical methods and QA/QC so yo
 u can be sure you are collecting data that is “fit for purpose” for yo
 ur needs. We will then introduce a series of case studies in which partici
 pants will be able to utilize IoGas software to get “hands on” with th
 e data and interrogate a series of datasets and make interpretations on re
 cognizing lithologies within highly altered rocks\, delineating alteration
  domains and identifying pathfinder elements. Finally\, we will demystify 
 the application of data analytic and machine learning approaches to lithog
 eochemical data\, introducing both unsupervised and supervised machine lea
 rning approaches and allowing participants to test these approaches to how
  they can help you deal with large datasets.\n\nThe course is presented by
